Plot

Jin and Sun are married and have the last name "Kwon", which becomes an important plot point in the final season. However, when Koreans marry, the wife never takes the husband’s surname.

But as the show goes on, friendships develop and we learn there’s more to the island than meets the eye… The characters are fantastic – ignore those who say the cast is so diverse. it’s cliche, probably the same people who would criticize it if everything was white.
